What are Real Estate AIFs?

Real Estate AIFs pool capital to invest in income-generating real estate assets, development projects, and real estate operating companies. Investment Structure

RE funds invest through SPVs holding title to individual properties:

  • Regular rental distributions once properties are fully leased
  • Value-add capital expenditure to improve NOP and asset quality
  • Exit via outright sale, InvIT contribution, or REIT platform listing
