SEBI Category I AIFs invest in sectors considered economically and socially desirable — startups, infrastructure, SMEs, social ventures, and more. They receive certain concessions or incentives from SEBI and the government. Minimum investment is ₹1 Crore (₹25 Lakh for Angel Funds).
